Lindsay Lohan gets rear-ended by paparazzi

Lindsay Lohan was involved in her third car accident in two years on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

"She was rear-ended by a paparazzi," says Lohan's publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik. "She's fine."

The 20-year-old star was able to drive away in her black Mercedes following a run-in with a photographer around 2 a.m. near the corner of Olympic and La Cienega in Los Angeles, according to the New York Daily News.

"She was apparently able to drive a short distance from the crash," a source told the News. "But she later pulled over and called a friend to pick her up."

Earlier in the evening, Lohan was reportedly spotted outside Los Angeles hot spot Hyde Lounge.

The incident has not been reported to the Los Angeles police department or the sheriff's office.
