Lindsay Lohan Admits Making 'A Lot Of Mistakes': 'I'm Not A Kid Anymore'
Lindsay Lohan wants to put her troubles behind her and focus on her future.
During a surprise visit to "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday, a pre-taped interview that will air on Tuesday night, Lindsay admitted she has had some mistakes and now wants to move forward.

"I think that being young and being in the position that I was in, you don't really take the time to appreciate what you have and it's all kind of a whirlwind and people make decisions for you," Lindsay told Jay.
"But I'm not a kid anymore. I'm 24. I've made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that, but I'm in the clear now and I feel like as long as I stay focused, I'll be able to achieve what I want to achieve."
During the interview, which was taped following the conclusion of Monday's scheduled show, Lindsay also spoke about her recent court hearing, in which a judge sentenced the actress last Friday to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation.
According to the Associated Press, which had additional information from inside the taping, Lindsay called the judge's sentence "shocking" and said she felt "kind of numb" when she heard her punishment.
In order to make room for Lindsay on Tuesday's show, a planned interview with actress Kristin Chenoweth was bumped from the schedule.
"Only because Kristin had a schedule change did this work out," a rep for "The Tonight Show" told Access Hollywood on Tuesday morning. "She is a friend of the show and is coming back in September to take the couch and perform a song off of her new CD."
A rep for Kristin was not immediately available for comment on the last-minute shift when contacted by Access on Tuesday.
AccessHollywood.com was first to report the news of Lindsay's unannounced visit to "The Tonight Show" late Monday afternoon.
