The news that Kim Kardashian got engaged to Kris Humphries on May 18 broke in the middle of this week with the exclusive cover story in People magazine coming next week. While it seems like the whole world is celebrating with the Kardashians there’s one person who’s not happy – it’ s Kim’s ex Reggie Bush.
Kim and Reggie had dated on and off for three years before splitting for good in March 2010. Reports claim Kim made sure Reggie knew about her engagement before they broke the news this week as she knew the media would turn to him for reaction, so she wanted him to be prepared.
Though he was among the lucky ones to be the first to know, he was not happy about the engagement thing. He was so “cut up” he even missed his team’s party at the Playboy Club in London on Wednesday.
We heard Kim got engaged, so we think that’s why [Reggie] didn’t turn up,” Reggie Bush’s teammate Cody Green was overheard as saying. “He must be pretty cut up. He sounded like he was, and that was why he didn’t make it down.”
